These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dawi11 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the dawi11 platform. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one dawi11 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, and DANA are processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.
All promotional bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Full bonus terms are specified per promotion.

dawi11 mandates responsible gaming tools on every account. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and loss limits are available at any time via account settings or support.

To register and maintain an active Account on dawi11, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your Account.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on dawi11. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If dawi11 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any Balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and Bonus Funds will be cancelled without exception.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dawi11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted from your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. dawi11 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:
dawi11 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during standard business days. Players who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of their first withdrawal request will have their withdrawal held in abeyance until the process is finalised.

Withdrawal processing times listed above apply during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. dawi11 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (net of any processing costs) and the Account being flagged for review. dawi11 reserves the right to request proof of payment-method ownership at any time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the dawi11 Account. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. dawi11 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that trigger internal AML thresholds. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any open disputes or active bonus wagering requirements remain on the Account.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by dawi11 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus provisions. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to an Account must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; togel (numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%. Crash games contribute 50% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion specifies a different validity period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
dawi11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, or providing false information to claim a promotion.
All sports wagers — including pre-match, live in-play, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are governed by dawi11's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the platform's help centre. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, dawi11's decision, informed by the relevant governing body's official result, shall be final.
Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems (for digital games) or by physical game mechanics observed via live video stream (for live dealer tables). dawi11 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any game round that is verifiably fair. Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the cancellation of that round and the return of the staked amount.
Togel draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. Bets placed on a draw that is subsequently cancelled or postponed will be voided and stakes returned. dawi11's maximum payout per single togel ticket is Rp 50.000.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly communicated for a specific market.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product and market. Limits are displayed on each game or market page before a wager is placed. dawi11 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including in response to significant liability exposure on a particular market or event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dawi11 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting dawi11 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
dawi11 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, the full Balance may be forfeited.
Players who feel that gambling is becoming harmful may request a voluntary self-exclusion, which will block access to the Account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to support via the Responsible Gaming page. During a self-exclusion period, dawi11 will not market to the excluded Player and will reject any re-registration attempts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dawi11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dawi11 expressly excludes liability for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings; losses arising from internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages; and losses resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain Account security.
dawi11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dawi11 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible-gaming monitoring.
All content on the dawi11 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, page layouts, game interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive property of dawi11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from dawi11 is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dawi11 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dawi11's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. dawi11 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
dawi11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dawi11 will notify Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
